Privacy notice
What this platform processes, why it is needed, and how to raise a request.
Status of this notice
This is a founder-review draft for the Phase 1 platform, dated 23 October 2026. It describes the implemented workflows and is not a claim of formal legal compliance. Operator identity, a dedicated privacy contact and final retention arrangements require founder confirmation before public launch.
Information you choose to provide
Sign-in supplies a Site-specific account identifier, email and optional display name through the hosting platform. Resource submissions store the original URL, title, description, owner and review status. Service inquiries store your contact details, organization, project description, consent and lead status. Do not submit private datasets, credentials or sensitive personal information.
How information is used
Account details support ownership and moderation. Inquiry details support review and follow-up. Administrators can view operational records. Email notification delivery depends on a configured provider and sender. We do not sell personal information or use inquiry content to make public model claims.
Public and private records
Approved resource metadata and editorial content can be published. Inquiry records, internal review notes and account details are excluded from public catalog APIs. Submissions remain private during review. A source listing retains attribution to its original provider.
Security and technical data
The platform uses server-side authorization, bounded input validation and same-origin write checks. Rate limiting uses time-bounded hashed network identifiers. Hosting providers may process access logs and authentication data under their own terms. No system can promise absolute security.
Retention and your choices
You can withdraw a submission from your account. Ask for access, correction or deletion through the contact form with privacy request in the description; provide no unnecessary identity documents. The operator must verify ownership and consider legitimate audit obligations. Founder review must establish final retention periods, backups and deletion procedures.
Hosting and third parties
The application is hosted through OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare-backed runtime and storage. Source integrations use public metadata from Hugging Face, GitHub and arXiv. External links lead to services with their own policies. Private model weights and datasets are not mirrored by the catalog.
